Eight steps: a patient registers at the lab front desk, staff enter their details, a ticket with a QR code and password is printed, samples are analysed, results are encrypted, the patient scans the ticket on their phone, unlocks the results, and dStorage Tech: Results, Unlocked — From the front desk to the patient’s phone: results, unlocked.
